Royal Citizen products are fulfilled after an order is placed. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, inventory availability, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, those charges are the customer’s responsibility.
