Returns & Refunds

Royal Citizen pieces are produced in limited quantities and some items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the claim is approved, Royal Citizen will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product cost to you.

For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in your tracking information.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
